Welcome to My Máximo Life — a shop built around the magic of everyday moments, big personalities, and the things we carry with us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. About Our Products

All products are made to order through print-on-demand production. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not maintain standing inventory. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the finished product due to monitor settings and garment dye variations.

2. Orders & Payment

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or in error.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Production times typically range from 3–7 business days before shipping. Delivery windows vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or sizing issues. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on this site are owned by My Máximo Life and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

My Máximo Life is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.
