My Máximo Life — Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you got. If you don't, we'll make it right.
You've got 30 days from delivery to change your mind — wrong size, wrong vibe, didn't hit the way you hoped. Doesn't matter why. Just email us:
- A photo of the item
- What's going on / why you'd like to return or exchange it
Send that to off-leash@MyMaximoLife.com and we'll set you up with a free exchange or a full refund — return shipping's on us. No hoops, no hard feelings.
Just keep it in the shape you'd want to receive it in: unworn, unwashed, tags on if it came with them. We're not precious about it, but we do need to be able to send it back out into the world.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of us receiving your return.
A note on colors: Screen displays vary, so printed colors may look slightly different than what you saw online. That's normal for print-on-demand and not something to stress about — but if it feels off, tell us anyway. We'd rather know.
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier aren't eligible for refund or replacement — check with neighbors or your local post office first, they usually turn up.
