Shipping Policy

Every My Máximo Life order is made just for you — printed, packed, and sent with care. Here’s what to expect once you place your order.

 

Production Time

Because your order is made to order, it needs a little time before it ships. Most items are produced and handed off to the carrier within 3–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter production on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

        United States: 3–5 business days

        Canada & International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

 

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. If you need it by a specific date, please reach out before ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners and shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and order size. Carrier selection is made at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out and we’ll track it down for you.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your package is lost in transit, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Double-check your shipping address before placing your order!

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
